Cancellation policy

Activity holidays

The fees chargeable will be in accordance with our published rate table.

A deposit of £250 is required  for all holiday bookings. This will be deducted from the final payment due on completion of the holiday. If a cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the arrival date the £250 deposit will be charged. Should the booking be cancelled within 1 week of the arrival date, payment of 75% of the holiday fee will be charged. The day of arrival and departure are both charged as a full day's stay.
Our terms for payment, to be paid by cash / cheque within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Training courses

The fees chargeable will be in accordance with our published rate table.  Due to the highly individual nature of this service, a booking deposit of £500 is required on acceptance.  This will be deducted from the final payment due on completion of the course. If a cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date the £500 deposit will be charged.  Should the booking be cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date, payment of 75% of the full course fee will be charged.  The full course fee will be payable should the course be terminated by the owner mid term for any reason.
